The information about employment percentages based on genders in six different countries for a decade will be shown in this graph below. Overall, it can be seen that Iceland had the highest percentages of men workers in 1995 and 2005, while Switzerland shows the biggest share of women in both years.
According to the details, male employees in 2005 had the similar contributions at 70% except in Switzerland and Iceland which reached approximately 80%, it meant these figures were the top all over the countries. Followed by the percentages of men workers in 1995, New Zealand and USA had the same number at 60% which were a bit higher than that of Australia and UK at under 60. Iceland was the first ranking hence got 70% if compared to Switzerland at 5% below it.
Moving to the female percentages in 1995, both Australia and New Zealand reached just under 30% while Iceland and USA had a bigger number at around 40%. Switzerland and the UK had the greater part at above 50%. Female rates in 2005 were the same as those of either Australia and New Zealand at 40%. Having climbed by 10% in Iceland, it moved to over 60% in the UK and rose again to almost 70% for Switzerland.
