The chart depicts the amount of using various kinds of meat for per person across a certain European country from 1979 till 2004.

As can be seen from the graph, chicken except short periods of time had a steadily increasing trend in consumption. However, both beef and lamb with temporary moving up during some time rocketed down dramatically throughout 25 years.

The consuming of chicken launched with the lowest point with approximately 150 grams for per person at the starting study in 1979. the amount of using chicken by people was moving up in spite of some times unimportant decreasing. Eventually it reached to its highest point in nearly 2002. It is clear that the rising trend shows the suddenly starting of going down in the last 3 years of study. it was true that using fish started at highest point, it gradually was dwindling but not severly during time. Generally the amount of using fish visualizes any highlighet changes.

Unlike chicken as the most consuming meat, both beef and lamb were the lowest ones. People started the consuming of beef a bit more than 200 gram in the primary stage in 1979. obviously that after 3 or 4 years the trend came across with sharp fall nearly 170 gram. Then the trend continued with strike move up untill it reached its lowest point almost 100 gram in 2004. Of course similar the chicken, the beef shows the visible increasing in the last years too. Like beef, lamb illustrated very similar movement, starting with the lowest level exatly 150 gram and continuing steadily falling till the last years of study nearly 2002-3 then coming across rise.
