Overall, only chicken seems to have increased in demand year after year and is at the top of the list in the last year. Whereas fish appears to be at the lowest but has a steady demand through out the year but does had decreased in demand
Beef and lamb used to be at the top one and second with beef having over 200 grams, lamb with 150 grams in 1979 but we see a big drop in beef between 1984 to 1989 around 40 grams and is continually it continually declines after that year. In the year 2004 it has declined and is around 120 grams and is at second in list. In lamb meat there’s nothing to say but has decreased in demand year after year gradually and is at third of the list with around 60 grams in demand in 2004 Chicken and fish has quite been opposite of eachother. As chicken appears to have increased its demand year after year. It was at third of the list in 1979 with between 150 to 125 grams in demand. But has increased drastically to over the end of they year 2004 with over 240gram in demand. But fish seems to have a quite steady demand it was at it peak in 1979 with over 50 gram in demand and seems steady but has decreased a little bit by around 10 grams at the end of the year. Beef and lamb been gradually decreasing year after year while chicken has been quite opposite
