In 1994 the number continued to rise up and became more than 200. 10 years later the amount of consuming chicken reached 250 per person being the the highest propotion. While, beef used to be the highest in 1979 which was more than 200, it decreased to less than 200 in 1994, and at the end fell to aproximately 130. In comparison with chicken, lamb was also 150, but continued to dropp sharply to 60 throughout the period. Furthermore, the number of grams of consuming fish did not change and remained stable.
To conclude, while some categories changed dramatically, others stayed relatively stable.
