Overall, Till the year 2004, the most preferred food is Chicken, whereas sea food is least eaten by Europe people. The consumption of other meats like beef and lamb are declined throughout the period.
In 1979, Beef consumption was higher that that of chicken, lamb and fish, at around 220 grams per person per week. it declination untill 1982, then rose again, peaked at near 250gm in 1984, but gone through lots of fluctuations, and declined to 100 grams in the year 2004. Fish is always at the bottom of consumption in the span of 25 years, had a minimal changes and stood at around 50 grams per person per week.
On the other hand, the lamb and chicken was equally preferred in 1979, after many ups and downs lamb consumption is dropped around 60 grams, whereas chicken was dropped in the year 1983, 1993, 1997 and 1999 bit quickly recovered and rose again till 2004 and stood fist among all.
