Overall, we can notice that the margarine and butter were in high consumption since begun ,while the low fat and reduced spreads started using in in the middle of 90th.

At the beginning people used to consume the butter approximately 140 grams ,at the time margarine was in the mark a little bit less than 100 grams per person.Closer to the 1986 butter increased slightly , was reaching peak exactly 160 grams,during this part margarine decrease slowly .Then butter falled dramatically and in 1991 the consumption of 2 spreads were equal 100 grams per person. the margarine stabilized for five years, from 1991 to 1996.

Suddenly ,the third type of spread entered to the life of people in 1996 and since to 2001 raised rapidly.The low fat and reduce spreads showed incredible figure in short period.At the end,all three spreads declined steadily and stopped on average 40-about 80 grams .
