Overall, what stands out from the graph is that butter experienced a sharp decline, despite being the most popular for first five-year period, that markedly reduced. Another interesting point is that low fat and reduced spreads were intruoduced only in 1996 and held the first position after 2001, while margarine went through many oscillations throughout the period.
One of the most common product butter slowly increased. After five years, it started to dramatically decreased, while human consumed margarin less than butter, and it slightly went down over the time. Since 1986, margarin gradually rose, and in 1991, level of the butter and the margarine oil was diverged, so butter minimaly dropped to around 50 grams. at this time margarine slightly decreased. since 1996 markets started to sell low fat and reduceable spreads. at the first times it steeply shot up, and slowly fell.
