The graph provides us with the data of inquiries received by the Tourist Information Office in one city over a six-month period in 2011.
The graph shows that, in 2011, around 800 to 1100 reports were verified by telephone in January, February, March, and April constantly, but in May and June, the existing rate was about 1400 to 1600. Moreover, the inquiries made in person beat the system, increasing from 400 to 1800, a tremendously high division month by month from January to May.
The percentage of inquiries by letters and mails had the lowest range reported by the Tourist Information office, fluctuating from January to May, as usual inquiries exist from 800 to abruptly below 400, which shows the range is lower by letters and email as compared to the telephone and in-person details. Furthermore, email and letters may have had a low ratio of connection with the office in 2011.
