Although both data increased month over month, in February and April, enquiries by telephone slightly decreased to 800 and 1000 in turn. The request data by telephone had an unstable increase and decrease from February to April, thrn gradually increases to the second highest position among the three data. Besides, enquiries in person still increased steadily over the months and held the highest position in June. It can be seen that by letter or email request decreased every month. From January to February, the figure for request received by letter or email remained relatively stable, with nearly 800 and slightly 600 respectively. However, between March to May, this data experienced a dramatic decline, from nearly 600 to less than 400. Finally, enquiries by letter or email stopped at over 200.
