Overall, the number of females and males who graduated experienced an increase after a fluctuation, however indicator of males was lower than females throughout the period given.
In 1992, just below 100.000 women were graduated. Afterward, it observed fluctuation growing to approximately 105.000 then decreasing to 100.000 in 1998. From 1998 to end of the period, the number of graduates climbed up to its peak at around 148.000.
