Overall, the male workers are more dominant in higher grade between a and c. Meanwhile, female workers have more precentages at lower position from grade e until b.
At grade E, the most dominant proportion is female workers with the foigurereaching around 75 employees. Men only reached 30 people at this grade. Following this, grade D is dominated by women with figure reaching 60 individuals. Meanwhile, men at this grade only reached arround 45 point. It means at this grade, the positions is more handled by women.
In contrast, at grade c, men showed more individuals than female, at 60. and the female workers only reached 45. Afterwards, at grade b, there is significant gap, men reached 85 and female only reached nearly 25. Ultimately, in grade A, the positions are mostly handled by men, with the point reached 90, meanwhile female only hit 10 individuals.
