The bar chart compares the propotion of men and women employed in executive positions in ACME oil Company in period From July 1993 to June 1994. Overall, while women were employed in executive positions grade E and D, the remaining were more occupied with mans. Notably, the grade A was the officers that attracted the highest persentage of men, but for woman it was grade E, whereas grade D and C was the same common officer regardless of the gender.
Looking at grade E and D, they showed a higher employment among womens. The former officers work attracted 70% of womens employed, which was marginall higher than the persentage of their man employees, at 30%. By contrast, the persentage gap was more pronouced in the letter workers, with roughly 60% of womens and 45% of mans employed in ACME Oil Company.
As for man-dominated grade, with 90% of men employed officers grade A, a significant contrast to their women workers with 10%. The difference between man and women employed in grade B was with respective figures 85% and around 25%. The same employed to officers grade C showed sheet 60% men compared to just 25% women.
