Unemployement is a major problem met in each country.This tables below shows the rate of unemployement from 1994-2004 through across 9 countries: Ireland,Poland,Italy,Canada,UK Germany,USA,Australia,Japan.The major are met in Poland which shows a increase of 7% and in Ireland with a decrease of over 10%.
Firstly, across Poland, Japan and Germany was seen a increase of unempolyement rate from 12.4% to 19% for Poland and 7% to 9.4% respectively Germany.This changes affects the economy at a country level because the workforce is smaller than it used to be.
Speaking of descreases of unemployement rate, we see some decreases in these countries: Ireland,Italy,Canada,UK,USA and Australia .Moreover the biggest changes were meet across Ireland from 14.8% to 4.4% and Italy from 11.8% to 8.4%. This helps the economy because there are more workers there.
Overall, countries like Ireland ,Italy,Canada,UK,USA and Australia shows decreasing unemployement rate which is a benefic thing for the national economy, on the other hand there are countris which shows increasing employement rate for example: Poland,Germany and Japan which could affect the economy in a bad way.
