Overall, all the countries recorded a significant increase trend over the priod but India and China claimed a erratic rise patten over the period. However, Russia recorded a slight fluctuation in 2000.
According to the data given in the line graph, at the begining India, China, Russia, and the United States were recorded 10%, 20%, 50%, and 60% of access to higher education respectively. Afterward, in 1995, all countries claimed a sharp increase for access to higher education and these figures stood at 11%, 25%, 55%, and 65% respectively. Is it noticeable that, Russia recorded a slight drop in 2000 and this figure stood at 45%. Beside, India and China recorded a erratical increasing trend from 2000 onwards and 2020 while, the highest proportion of population recorded by both India and China and these figures stood at 85% and 90% at the end of the period respectively. Moreover, the United States showed a gradually rising trend over the period and it stood at 75% in 2020.
