In general, it can be seen that Turkey has the highest percentage self-workers, in contrast, Russian republic stands for the lowest number. Furthermore, while the proportion of self-employed people in Russian republic, Slovakia, Czech republic grew up over 10 years, the figure for Greece and Turkey decreased.
In 1998, the self-employed workers in Russian accounted for approximately 5%, whereas Slovakia was just 1% above. The figure for Czech republic was roughly as two times as Slovakia at the same time, stayed at around 12%. Greece and Turkey saw significant higher propotions, which were nearly 43% and 56%, respectively.
The year 2008, Russian republic witnessed the smallest percentage in five countries which was 6% only, and Czech republic was approximately at double number as Russian republic in the same year. Slovakia which was 12% of self-employed people of the total , was nearly less than the figure for Greece 2.5 times. Turkey was the country that have the biggest proprotion in five countries, stood at about 39%.
