While approximately 15% and 5% of people used their time on internet in metropolis and rural area, but the chart has revealed a significant changes the percentage of people at the end of the period, with reporting predominance was done by the crowd of city; and the figure for village users( 35% ) that accounted for as low as twice from city.

Till the 2001, the users of city display solely growth with increasing 15% per year except for in 2001, whereas there is no considerable transformation in a population of countryside in 1999, nevertheless the rural trend had shown striking change after 3 years, representing 10% though containing one-fourth of suburban rate.
