In 2001, although three kinds of bread including brown, white and rye had the same price around 0.6 dollars, wholegrain bread was the most expensive one (around 0.8 dollars). The price of brown bread increased considerably from 0.6 dollars to 1.6 dollars in the end, standing out as the most expensive bread in 2005 despite a slight decrease in 2004.
Likewise, white bread price rose by 0.4 dollars in 2002, then steadily increased to around 1.3 in 2005. In contrast, rye bread price fell to 0.5 dollars in 2002, then fluctuated between 0.5 dollars and 0.7 dollars.
