The flow charts illustrates the various steps of recycling used cans. It is clear to see that nine different stages are required to process and reuse the discarded cans, and other than the cans themselves, no extra materials would be added to the practice of wasted cans recycling.
Initially, after gathering the cans from the recycling bins and shipping them to factories, those thrown-away cans would be washed on the processing line and then, liquefied in the special machines for the moulding phase, with the assistance of cold air serving as the cooling step. Subsequently, the products at the moment are ready to enter the processing stage.
Following the segment of processing, the semi-finished products, thus, can be canned, while soon after, they would return to assembly line to be packed with produce. Finally, after the filling stage, they would be stored and prepared to go back into markets for consumers.
