The bar chart below illustrates a survey regarding patients’ satisfaction about various aspects of their hospital experience, including hospital staff, waiting time, quality of treatment and aftercare in three different wards.

It is evident from the information supplied that Holly Ward held the highest rate in all four aspects, while Maple Ward ranked the least, only except the aspect of waiting time, which it exceeded Oak Ward slightly. And the quality of treatment received maximum satisfying response comparing to other aspects of hospital experience.

In terms of the patients’ good viewpoint on hospital staff, Holly Ward was the highest(88%), followed by the figure for Oak Ward and Maple Ward(68% in comparison with 56%). And there was a similar proportion in quality of treatment and aftercare.

Moving further, over half of patients who went to Maple Ward and Oak Ward responded well with regard to waiting time, at around 55% and 54% respectively. Nevertheless, when it comes to the quality of aftercare, the difference between the two wards reached approximately 20% in patients’ contentment.
