The statistical picture above depicts the stock prices of four of the largest technological giants between 2011 and 2016.

It can be viewed from the graph that Apple was the main market player in the years starting from a modest 5,000 shares in 2011 to reaching the maximum possible point of 35,000 shares in 2012 but taking a massive bump to almost 7,000 shares the following year, the trajectory onwards is zig zag but declining.

Shares distribution wise Google’s performance has been the most disappointing with a constant presence of only about a thousand shares in the market for the five years in question.

Facebook seems to enjoy a continous growth in its share market starting from around 8,000 shares in 2011 to reaching almost the 20,000 shares mark in 2016, thus making it the company with the most steady, reliable and ever growing market trend.

Yahoo, though initially starting with the same share position as that of Facbook has seen the opposite, a steady decline its market presence with the trend completely downward and swindling down the market till it reach the lowest number of shares in 2016.
