Overall,Usa and Russia experienced a downward trend over the period.In contrast İndia and China showed a marginal but considerable increase throughout the period.

Starting with Usa, in the first half of the 1980s it was accounted for 250 kilometers, being the highest raiway track in the group.For every year it kept increasing slightly but steadily, ending up with 220 kilometers approximately.Which means despite its downward trend it was still the longest railway track in the group. In 1980 the length of the railway track of the Russia was 150 kilometers.Similar to Usa,there were nothing but steady decrease for Russia.In 2010,ıt was reported as 125 kilometers approximately.
