The given graph illustrates tourist destinations through Venezuelan students, between 2011 and 2014.
At glance at the graph reveals that in 2014, London was the most visited city.
It is interesting to note that, from 2011 and 2012, the trends of both Paris and Rome were the opposite, in fact, the Venezuelan visitors in Rome dramatically decreased from about 18000 to 12000 number of visiting students, while the quantity of students who visited Paris experienced a steady increase, from 10000 to 14000 visitors. We can also see that, between 2012 and 2013, Paris and Rome had the same upward tendency. The former had a peak in 2013, with a number of Venezuelan visitors of 20000. The latter, in 2013, reached the same number of visitors of 2011 (18000). It could be plainly viewed that, from 2013 to 2014, Rome and Paris became destinations not liked by Venezuelan student, in fact their trends considerably decreased to respectively 15500 and 18500 number of visitors.
It is worth noticing that the number of Venezuelan students who visit London, gradually rose from 2011 to 2013, followed by a quick growth until 2014, when number of tourists were about 19000.
Overall, we can conclude with a positive outlook for London tourism. In fact, according to the data, the trend of tis city will continue to grow. On the other hand, we can’t say the same thing for Paris and Rome, because their trend probably will noticeably decrease.
