Overall, it is vivid that the maximum prices of houses on the market were in the month of July however, the prices of sold houses were maximum in the month of December as compared to other months.
As it can be seen that in the in July 2005 the prices of unsold properties was the highest, which was around 335 thousand dollars and this decreased to 330 in August. This rate continued to fall till September and was at 320. Moreover, in the next month the average prices increased again to 330. The last two months observed steep decline with the rate falling from 330 to 320.
Moving towards further details, the prices of sold houses were only 300 thousand dollars in July which slightly increased in the next month but again went down in the following month and became 290. In the month of October the prices of sold properties remained constant at its lowest point. Lastly, the prices of sold houses rose significantly and reached its peak and became approximately 308 in the last month.
Thus, the wide gap of 35 thousand dollars which was there in the month of July reduced to only 12 thousand dollars.
