Similarly, the production of pork had a gradual rise until 2016, before which it grew to 35 millions tons from 20 in the first year. Then, between 2018 and 2020 it dramatically rose, up to 80 million tons, showing the most rapid growth among all variables in the shortest time.

It can be observed that in the first 8 years poultry production experienced a steady growth, after which in remaining 2 years it exploded in numbers, recording 50 million tons.
