Depicted from the bar chart indicated the oil production for several Gulf countries from 1990 to 2010.
Overall, the highest oil producer of all-time is Saudi Arabia, produced 8.5 millions barrels at 1990 and gradually increased, reach around 14-15 millions barrels by 2010. By contrast, Qatar is the least producer of oil with the highest only produced 1 million barrel at 2000. Upon that, the average is only less than 1 million barrel in all those years.
Somehow, the rest of the Gulf countries, such as Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, and UAE only produced the same average amount of 3-4 million barrels. The highest oil producer of these 4 countries, Iran only reached barely 4 million barrels, compared to Saudi Arabia that already produced 10 times more than Iran.
This indicated the most richest country from producing oil of Gulf countries is Saudi Arabia. Meanwhile Qatar still has long years to close the gap with Saudi Arabia in terms of oil production.
