The graph illustrates the proportion of male and female in different faculties of a particular university in 2012.

The engineering faculty has highest percentage of male staffs where as the education has females. Notably, the engineering faculty has the 85% of male with only 15% of female. similarly the education has quarter third of female staff with just 25% of male.

However, the other faculties are more balanced in their comparison. In medicine the gender representation was almost similar. while in arts had more than one half of male staff with 45% of females. Law had the highest percentages of male around 60% with just only 40% of female. Additionally, The Business and Science faculty had almost similar percentages of staff with 35% of female and 65% of male.

Overall,In 2012 Engineering, Business, Law and science are male dominant, Women made up to half of faculty in medicine and arts and were higher in the education.
