In 1985 , both country China along with Vietnam occupied equal proportion and become the country to produce large amount of rice in Asia while, Korea was at last position in both years. Likewise, Korea became much tinier in 2005 as compared to past year.

Similarly, Japan and Vietnam also shrunk, both loss their half of the portion, whereas Japan increased triple of its size, being the leading country in Asia in terms of rice production. In 2005, although Vietnam produce much more rice than Korea but China produce more rice than Korea and Vietnam, however, Japan is dominating all three countries in Asia by producing use amount of rice.
