These maps show the modification of Brindell between 1800 and 2000
Overall, the three maps present the urbanization and industrialization of Brindell, with the introduction of a village for workers, industrial area, and Bun hill park
Starting at 1800, there were five main locations on the rear of the map, that being crop farmland, woodland, river stour, Brindell, and animals farmland.
In 1900, however, the woodland shrunk, resulting in a wider river stour. On the opposite side, the animals’ farmland became larger, along with it being repurposed into an industrial area. The industrial area consisted of factories near the river stour, and a hill with a village for the workers. Brindell, which is near the Bun hill, remained unchanged
Finally in 2000, the woodland was even smaller, but Bun hill park was added on the rear of the woodland. More factories were added on the opposite sides, and Bun hill was widened along with the village for workers. Brindell also expanded along with the industrial location, making the river stour the smallest it has ever been.
