The given bar chart displays the volume of male and female elder employees of four different countries in 1970 and 2000.
The most apparent evidence is that males in all four countries had worked after 70 , while the ages of females didn’t outraged that number. It is important to note that by 2000 the volume of elder women working after their 50 had a downward trend, while males though with a slight decrease, remained approximately equal to 1970. The rate of employed men in USA exceeded other countries both in 1970 and 2000.
Moving to a more detailed analysis, the report shows that male workers in elder ages in 1970 remained relatively at the same level in comparison with countries given. Comparing with men, ages of women in four different countries in 1970 differed significantly, with USA leading, and Japan hitting a low of a chart with 56.
2000 witnessed gradual changes with Belgium’s downfall in number of elder people working. There was also a great drop in the percentage of females working in USA, where Japan and Indonesia didn’t experienced a huge deacrease of women employed . It can be seen that dates back from 1970 to 2000 showed a high results in the proportion of USA workers who remained employed around 80 for male, but decreased dramatically in rate of elder female.
