The table above, illustrates the proportions of people living in different types of houses in three different areas in 2012 in Denmark.
The three types of house reported on the table above consist of Central area, Green Park area, and Southberg area, with the house type being a flat or an apartment, terraced, semi-detached, and detached.
Based on the table, it is shown that the Central area housing has a population of 32.100 people, which the majority of it prefer a detached type housing. While the Green Park area housing has a high pecentage of people living in a flat or an apartment rather living in a semi-detached or a detached type. On the other hand the Southberg area has a high preference towards a terraced type housing.
In conclusion, the Central area housing, the Green Park housing, and Southberg area housing has a really visible different types of house preference. It can also be concluded that people in Denmark would prefer stay in a detached type house if they’re in the Central area, while they would prefer stay in a flat or an apartment in the Green Park area and in the Southberg area they would want to stay in a terraced housing.
