The picture illustrated the creation process of chocolate from the initial form of cocoa beans. Overall, it is evident that machinery and engines are needed to assist manpower in creating chocolate through the 10 stages of creation.
Initially, various regions which include South America, Africa, and Indonesia were chosen to harvest cacao trees. Following the initial step, fermentation of the beans will be initiated by the farmers before it will be dried by exposing the crops to direct sunlight. Subsequently, they will be stored in a sizeable sack before a train or ferry sent the accumulated cocoa beans to selected production sites.
The factory will serve as a final stage of the production process. At this stage, advanced technological tools will play more part in the process compared to manpower. It begins with roasting the harvested beans at 350 °C before it will be crushed. Afterwards, outer shells will be removed and the inner part of the cocoa beans will be taken and pressed with machines to produce chocolate in a liquid form.
