The rendered diagram illustrates the making of chocolate from Beans grown in South America, Africa and Indonesia.
Overall, there are 10 steps included in the process of chocolate production. Including ripping of red seeds from the tree to pressing the seed to get liquid chocolate.
The production begins with plucking good quality of beans from cacao tree. After getting healthy seads, it is harvested to get white beans from it. Third step is fermentation of the white beans. Next step is to dry the beans in sun followed by storage in large sacks.
The large sacks are transported to factories for further process. In the factory the beans are roasted upto 350 degree Celsius. Once the beans are roasted, it is crushed in the appropriate machine. Their outer layer is removed to get the chocolate bean. The obtained part is pressed to get liquid chocolate
