The image shows the different stages of paper making process.
Overall, the paper-making process involves several steps, including: Timbers, Pulping, De-barking, Chipping Machine, Pulping and Hydrapulper, Screening and Cleaning and paper-making machine.
To begin with, the first step in the paper-making process involves harvesting timber and cut down them using machines. After harvesting, the logs are debarked and then chipped into small pieces using a chipping machine. After chipping, the wood chips undergo different processes- some go for mechanical pulping, while others undergo chemical pulping. The pulp is then processed in a hydrapulper. After pulping, the pulp undergoes screening and cleaning to remove impurities, such as dirt, bark, or unprocessed fibers. This step ensure the pulp quality is improved for paper production. After completing the pulping, screening, and cleaning processes, the refined pulp is ready to be formed into paper using a paper-making machine. Finally, this process transforms raw materials into paper.
