The picture illustrates the different stages involved in paper process.
Overall, producing paper involves many stages, starting with cutting timber and sending it to the factory to produce raw paper materials, and ending with screening and cleaning the processed paper.
Initially, many seedlings are planted by environmental protectors in forests. After those seedlings become large timber, employees cut them with the help of excavators, before sending them to the factory to debark them. In this process, the trees are separated from their bark.
After the debarking process is over, the debarked trees are sent to the chipping machine to cut into small pieces. Once this process is done, small pieces of wood undergo three processes. The first is the mechanical pulping process, in which the wood chips are subsequently converted into pulp. The second is the chemical pulping process, in which logs are treated with chemical products. In the hydrapulper, workers mix these products with water to form a fibrous pulp. At the paper witness screening and cleaning process to make it ready to use.
