Overall, it is immediately noticeable that while the amount of income in Spicy Fortune witnessed a downward trend, an opposite trend was seen in the rate of the other three restaurants. Another significant feature is that the proportion of income in Evening Paradise was the highest at the end of the period.
In the first month of the period, Spicy Fortune, which was the highest earner at the start, there was a fluctuation between $160 and $120 in the first six months, while Delicacy, which was the lowest one, wavered and reached a bottom of $20 in June. In addition, the amount of income in Grand Fiesta witnessed a significant decline to $79 in June, which was lower than that in Delicacy. In June, Evening Paradise was the only climb, which surpassed the Grand Fiesta.
In terms of the level of income in the four restaurants, in Spicy Fortune, there was a variation until October and then it dropped dramatically to nearly $50, which was the lowest at the end of the period. Moreover, in Delicacy, the profit saw a rapid growth to $120 and became the third-highest. The figure of income in Grand Fiesta jumped to almost $140 in December, which was higher than that in Spicy Fortune. In Evening Paradise, there was a fluctuation between June and September before it rose sharply to about $190, which was the highest at the end of the period.
