The chart illustrates the number and variety of fast food consumed by Australian teenagers from 1990 to 2020 in a line graph. The types of fast food consist of hamburgers, pizza, and French fries.
In the year 1990, French Fries were on the peak of it’s consumption with the amount of 70 times. Unfortunately, the numbers seems decreasing around 15% to 25% from the year 1990 to 2010 and peaks to 50% from year 2015 to 2020 almost hitting zero. This is different from hamburgers which is rising consistently throughout the year with the peak numbers of 90 times of consumptions in 2020 . The number of consumptions rise around 900% from 1990 to 2020 which is a massive improvement in terms of hamburgers. Hamburgers are growing each year with a consistent rate of 10 number of times added to each year. Lastly, the line graph of pizza shows that the numbers are growing but there are years that they are in a stagnant positions. The number of pizza are growing 50%-100% in the year 1990 to 2005 whereas in 2010 to 2015 they are stagnant. The pizza are rising back in the year of 2020 peaking it into 80 number of consumptions.
In conclusion, French Fries consumptions were decreasing each year almost hitting the number of zero in 2020 whereas hamburgers are rising each year with almost 900% increasement from 1990 to 2020. Australian Teenagers also had an increasement number of consumptions in pizza with some stagnant positions but an increasement of 700% from 1990 to 2020 and the range of 25%-100% each year.
