Overall, the eldery people in Germany is expected rise noticeabally over the period,with the growth being drived by +65 people,before entering gradul decline, it will still dominated at the end.Followed by, citizens 65-79 is forecast to increase untill around middle of the period ,after the number of individualse will decline marginally .In contrast, population over 80 will growth considerably throughout timeframe .
In 2020, the number of German citizens aged 65 and over stood at roughly 18 million, representing the largest category. This figure increased significantly and reached a peak of around 25 million. After that, it fell marginally to 22 million in 2050.
The 65-79 age group comprised under 15 million individuals in 2020. During the following 15 years, the number of people in this group rose to around 16 million. It then experienced a substantial fall, and the figure for elderly inhabitants returned to its starting level by the end of the period.
By contrast, the population aged over 80 was the smallest segment in 2020 (around 6 million). Nonetheless, this figure increased marginally to 8 million in 2035, before ultimately doubling to around 12 million by the end of the period.
