In contrast, the people that visited Spain were about 30,000,000 in 1990. However, this number increased significantly to about 75,000,000 by 2020, thus recording the second most visited country for the year. Furthermore, the number of tourists that went to France were around 45,000,000 in 1990, this figure increased continuously to above 80,000,000 by 2020.
