By 2009, it had slightly risen to 2 thousand 1500 crimes, which remained stable next three years.
The number of assaults began at about 2250 crimes in 2003, which marginally rose to approximately 2400 crimes in 2004 before gradually declined to 2000 crimes in 2006. The number of assaults had some fluctuated in 2006 to 2008; however, there was a growth from 2000 crime to approximately 2300 crimes in 2008 to 2012. The sum of murders began of the period was 500 crimes in 2003, which rose and fell to about 500 crimes until 2006. Murder crimes remained stable for the next eight years.
