The chart illustrates the number of students from the US, the UK and Australia who studied in foreign universities from 2002 to 2007.
Overall, it can be understood from the chart that the United States students studied the most in universities of other countries, while this number had a moderate decrease in the UK and stayed constant in Australia.
In 2002, the number of students who studied abroad was just below 50,000, while only 30,000 British students studied in foreign universities in that year. US experienced a slight fall during the next two years, and then, in 2004 it had an uprise trend in number of students interested in foreign universities where it peaked at 50,000 students in 2007.
The UK had a constant figure until 2003, in which it saw a moderate decline to approximately 22,000 high education seekers.
Unlike the two other countries, Australia did not have any changes in terms of students studying abroad.
