The provided line graph displays the different methods of inquiries in person, by telephone, and by email/letter to the tourist information office from January 2001 to June 2001. Overall, telephone and in-person inquiries showed an upward trend, whereas inquiries by email/letter showed a downward trend.
It is clear that, from January to March, the number of people contacting the office increased greatly by telephone as well as by email. The increase by telephone seems to be during the winter months of January–March. Dramatically, in-person inquiries rose after March, as people seemed to prefer to obtain information directly; this resulted in at least 400 inquiries between March and June.
However, inquiries by email/letter decreased continuously during the last three months. In June, only 200 inquiries were received by email, whereas in-person and telephone inquiries were overwhelmingly different compared to email. Finally, the in-person option dominated all other options at the end.
