Moreover, the figure for the USA dropped from 12% in 2000 to 8% in 2008 before ending at 7% in 2014.
Besides, the percentage of clothing exports in the European Union was the second highest. Thirty-two percent of the exports of clothing in this area were seen in 2000, then had a remarkable decrease to 22% in 2014. Finally, starting at 30%, the figure for Asia (without China) witnessed a significant drop to 17% in 2002, followed by a noticeable rise to 20% in 2014.
