The given line graph below show the subscriptions to mobile and fixed phone lines in four of the different countries between the year 2005 and 2015.
Overall, there is a big changes in the number of mobile phone subscriptions for a hundred people and a huge difference in terms of countries.
During this period, the mobile phone subscriptions in the UK is among the highest at 100 where it reaches around 120 and it is constant throughout the decade. The number of fixed telephone subscriptions in the UK started at around 58 in 2005 where it continue to decrease at around 53 in 2008. However, in 2009, there was an increase in the number of subscriber, where it reaches to its peak at 60. Eventually, the number continue to decrease to its lowest point at 50 in 2015.
On the other hand, the mobile phone subscribers in Ukraine was just below 50 where it increases dramatically reaching its peak of 180 in 2013. It also beat the number of mobile phone subscriber in the UK in 2009. However, there was a sharp decrease to 150 and remains constant from 2014 to 2015 onwards. The number of fixed telephone subscriptions in Ukraine was normal and has less fluctuation while falling between 30 and 40 hundred people subscribers. In Eritrea, the number of mobile phone and fixed telephone subscriber were the lowest compared to any of the countries given. Both type of subscriptions didn’t even surpassed 10 hundred people. In Ukraine, mobile phone subscribers dramatically climb up from less than 50 to 80 hundred people in 2015. However, as for fixed telephone subscribers, the number was less than 10 per hundred people.
