During this period, the mobile phone subscriptions in the UK is among the highest at 100 where it reaches around 120 and it is constant throughout the decade. The number of fixed telephone subscriptions in the UK started at around 58 in 2005 where it continue to decrease at around 53 in 2008. However, in 2009, there was an increase in the number of subscriber, where it reaches to its peak at 60. Eventually, the number continue to decrease to its lowest point at 50 in 2015.

On the other hand, the mobile phone subscribers in Ukraine was just below 50 where it increases dramatically reaching its peak of 180 in 2013.
