Analyzing the diagram, we can clearly see that the number of people who are interested to eat chicken is increasing than the beginning where as harvesting the meat of beef and lamb is declining.
To begin with, in the initial period, Beef were more popular than other non veg item reaching the peak in around 1984 however it starts to decrease gradually and somehow recovered till 1985. After that, its sale again dropped slowly. On the other hand, European interest towards the flesh of lamb was also declining from the starting to the last of 1984 although slow rise can be seen in 1985. After onwards, culture of consuming lamb meat falls down gradually.
Furthermore, peoples are more attracted towards the taste of chicken from the beginning. Popularity of chicken is increasing sharply day by day. It gets its highest market sales value in around 2002. Moreover, after the slow start, sales of fish is reasonably stable in European market from start to end.
