Overall, the consumption of chicken climbed with flunctuation and become the most popular by the end of period. While, the consumption of fish remained lowest with slight flunctuation. whereas, the beef and Lamb showed ups and down throughout the year.
In 1979, Beef was the most widely consumed meat just over 200 gram per person per weak. Hoorever the consumption of beef declined with flunctuation and stop at just over 100 in final year. Lamb followed a similar pattern, fell significantly from approximately 150 grams to over 50 grams by the end of the period.
By contrast, the consumption of chicken increased with ups and down, starting at about 140 grams in 1979 and overtook beef around late 1980s and continue to rise and reached at 250 grams in 2004.
