In general, it is apparent that Mexico, Peru and Thailand are the three highest countries in terms of insect consumption. Moreover, the insect products (the blue bars) have an ultimately higher price than the daily products (the red bars).
According to the map, Mexico is by far the most insect-consuming country, at 71%. The following are Peru and Thailand, whose datum are 58% and 56% respectively.
