The maps illustrate the alterations in bookstore from 2000 to present. Overall, the bookstore has experienced major changes in its layout. Regarding the center of the bookshop, there were chapters of books: art, hobbies, and cookery, which has been relocated to the top of the bookstore previously occupied by fiction in 2000. The tables have been erected at the center of the bookshop to make it possible for readers or buyers to read in this convenient space. Non-fiction section, which was located on the bottom of the picture has been repositioned to top right-hand corner of the map, where was occupied by another fiction section to make way for constructing café. Although the alterations have seen in book-selling place, the location of entrance, travel-minded book shelf, new books chapter, and service desk has been remained untouched.

In 2000, the entrance to the shop was to the west side of the picture, facing to the travel section, which was located adjacent to the new books shelf. In the bottom-left-hand corner of the map, service desk was situated and right-hand side of this place was occupied by non-fiction books shelf. On the heart of the bookshop, three categories: art, hobbies, and cookery were nestled. Regarding the northern and north-east side of the picture, two big fiction section was lied.

Up to now, the layout of the bookshop has undergone several significant changes. One most considerable transformation can be that non-fiction section has been relocated to the place of outdated fiction section, which was to the north-east corner of the map in 2000 to pave the way for erecting café, enabling people to have lunch without going out. The southern fiction section has been replaced by art, hobbies, cookery books sections, due to the introduction of sitting area in the middle of the bookshop. Despite these transformations, the western side of the bookshop, including travel and new books section and service desk has been remained entirely unaltered. In response to aforementioned alterations, a blend of conveniences have been equipped for people.
