Overall, territory mostly will experience replacements of facilities, while some of them will remain at one place.

On the top side on left corner car park will be replaced by café, while car park on the right corner will transform to hotel and restaurant. Councill offices which are located on the left half of area will be located nearlier to the high street, taking place of now existing exhibition, while this facility will move to the bottom right corner by taking library’s spot.

Councill offices’s recent place will be dedicated for construction of underground library. The right half of territory has a town hall, but it will move up and new undergound park will be placed instead of town hall. Moreover, shopping centre near the smith street will stay on its place.
