Overall, it is conspicuous that the aforementioned zoo has undergone the realignment of several attractive areas and also the introduction of some services like new built cable car.

Looking at the first layout in 1960, tourists entered from the enterance at the bottom left of the map, going straight to a winding path that leads to a harbour at the top flank. On the left side of the map, there were two enclosures for African and Australian animals. Turning to the opposite side, birds and seal shows were in proximate to the harbour to the north and the chimpanzee enclosure to the south, this place also embodied a gifted shop for buying souvenirs which was located at the central bottom of the layout, and have picnic areas for visitors of zoo.

Nowadays, individuals can enter the zoo by ferry from the harbour. On the western side of the map, african animals enclosure is relocated to the right of the road to make way fot the enclosure for wild animals and the chimpanzee enclosure has been removed. Whereas the authorities has also implemented a cable car system to connect different areas.
