The map illustrates the sites of a planned new factory with surrounding housing areas for employees. Overall, housing occupies most of the outer field, while a significant proportion of the map is taken up by industrial areas .
According to the map, the whole area is divided by a cross road, with a circle connecting each branch, dividing the area into inner and outer parts. The western part is mainly housing areas, where most of the employees live. A car park is to the north of the residential area besides the bending road, across the road is the office nearing the central industrial areas in the inner circle.
In the eastern half of the map, there is also a living zone in the north, located in the outer area. However, a swimming pool is to the southeast of it alongside the road, where residents can easily get to relax. The roads seperate the housing area from the industrial zones to the south in the outer part, while an office is in the inner part on the other side of the road. It is interesting to note that both the office and the meeting room are located near the centre area, where most of the employees can easily get to.
